Contact details you give us, such as your name and email.
Health and fitness information you share so we can build your plan, such as your goals, training history, availability, and any conditions you tell us about.
Messages and content you send us through DMs or other channels, including form-check videos and photos you choose to share.
Payment information, which is collected and processed by Stripe, not stored by us.
Basic technical data from the website, such as your device and browser type.

3. How we use your information

To deliver coaching: build and adjust your plan, review your technique, and answer your questions.
To process payments and manage your subscription.
To communicate with you about your coaching.
To improve the service and keep records we are legally required to keep.

4. Payment processing

Payments are handled securely by Stripe. Your card details are entered with and stored by Stripe under their own privacy terms; we do not see or store your full card number. See Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy.

5. Sharing your information

We do not sell your personal data. We only share it with service providers who help us run the coaching (such as our payment processor) and where we are legally required to do so. Any health information you share is treated as confidential.

6. Data retention

We keep your information for as long as you are a client and for a reasonable period afterwards, or as long as the law requires (for example, for tax and accounting). When it is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access the data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict certain uses, and request a copy of your data. To exercise any of these, email us at info@matthewkasinski.com.
